“Corn Days to Go” – August 8-9, 2020
Corn Days has been a staple of Long Lake for the past 50 years, and though the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to adjust our plans, it will not take our festival!
Our usual, in-person festival and 50th anniversary celebration will move to 2021, but Corn Days 2020 is not cancelled. The spirit of our celebration will continue this year with the offering of “Corn Days To Go.” Our event will be streamlined and simple – sweet corn only! We will be serving “curbside corn” delivery in both roasted and fresh forms for all of our friends and neighbors, available as a free will offering. Details on pick-up times and volunteer opportunities will be posted as soon as they’re available.
Corn Days is the largest fundraising event for the Church of St. George, helping with our community outreach programs and spiritual support. When you celebrate with us on Aug. 8th and 9th, please enjoy yourself and be generous!
